We hire and operate against five core values. They aren't posters on a wall — they're how we make decisions, how we run our team meetings, and how we evaluate fit for every role.
Ownership Over Excuses
We own our numbers, our outcomes, and our mistakes. When something breaks, we ask "what's my part in this?" before looking outward. People who deflect, blame, or hide problems don't last here. People who raise their hand and fix things get promoted.
Patients Get the Truth
Every patient gets the same diagnosis and the same treatment plan they would get if they were our family. We don't undersell to avoid awkward conversations and we don't oversell to hit a number. The right diagnosis communicated with confidence is the foundation of everything we do.
Systems Over Heroics
A great practice doesn't run on heroes — it runs on systems. We build checklists, scripts, and playbooks for everything that matters, and we follow them. We celebrate the team member who improves a system more than the one who saves the day by working around a broken one.
Growth Is the Job
We expect every person here — clinical and non-clinical — to be measurably better at their role one year from now than they are today. We invest heavily in training, CE, and mentorship. In return, we expect our team to engage with the growth we offer. Coastal coasting isn't a fit here.
Drama-Free, Direct, and Kind
We address issues directly and quickly. We don't gossip, we don't triangulate, and we don't tolerate side conversations that should have been said in the room. Direct communication delivered with respect is the only kind of communication we run.
