Ideal Candidate:
You are:
- A licensed Dental Hygienist in the state of Georgia (or able to obtain licensure).
- Clinically skilled, gentle, and patient-focused with strong communication skills.
- Efficient and organized, able to manage a steady flow of patients.
- Motivated to grow clinically and financially in a supportive, high-performing environment.
- Comfortable educating patients on oral health, perio maintenance, and treatment acceptance.
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver thorough, gentle, and efficient hygiene care, including SRPs, maintenance, and patient education.
- Build trust with patients through clear communication and compassion.
- Collaborate closely with the dentist and clinical team to ensure seamless, high-quality patient care.
- Contribute to the overall growth and positive culture of the practice.
Compensation & Benefits:
- $45/hr or 30% of Collections (Whichever is Higher) — With no cap on earnings.
